Our Mission

At Canton First Church of the Nazarene,
we exist to be a “because of…” church —
not because of who we are,
but because of Jesus in us.

Because of His love at work through us,
people will know they are deeply loved by God.
Because of His beauty reflected in us,
people will see what Jesus is really like.
Because of His Spirit moving through us,
people will find hope, healing, and new life.

We are a Christian people, following Jesus.
We are a holiness people, being made like Jesus.
We are a missional people, sent in the name of Jesus.

Everything we do points to Him —
so that others can say,
“Because of them, I met Jesus.”
